The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.02.2024 for the offence registered under Sections 6(b), 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act and Section 77 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act and Section 328 of IPC, in Crime No.204 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 62.323 kgs of banned tobacco products. 3.The quantity of banned tobacco products is substantial and the value is also substantial.

4.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
