A. Nos.1261 & 1262 of 2024 and C.S. No.981 of 2015 P.B.BALAJI, J., Both the learned counsel represented that the plaintiff as well as the defendants are willing to amicably resolve their disputes. The dispute is only with regard to one of the suit items i.e., 'A' Schedule Property viz.,. the property at Gopalapuram. Insofar as the Mylapore property viz., 'B' Schedule Property, the parties are willing to dispose of the property and distribute the sale proceeds equally amongst themselves. Considering the above, the Applications and Suit are referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Chennai. The Mediation Centre shall appoint a Senior Mediator to explore the possibility of the same being amicably resolved between the parties.

2. The parties are directed to appear before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Chennai, on 05.06.2024 without fail and the learned counsel for the plaintiff and defendants shall ensure that their respective clients are present before the Mediation Centre, High Court, Madras without expecting any formal notice from the Mediation Centre. The parties are at liberty to appear through Video Conference mode before the Mediator.

3. Post this matter before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Chennai, on 05.06.2024 and the said Mediation process shall be completed on or before 30.06.2024.

4. Post the matter before this Court on 02.07.2024 along with Mediation Report.
