The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition has been filed to condone the delay of 340 days in representing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.25573 of 2024.

2. Since the petition is filed to condone the delay of 340 days in representing the Appeal, the delay of 340 days in representing the Appeal is condoned. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.25573 of 2024 is allowed.
