ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Though number of grounds have been raised to assail the correctness of assignment of land in favour of private respondents,
learned State counsel brings to the notice of the Court that under the Revenue Standing Orders of the Board of Revenue, there exists a remedy of appeal under Revenue Standing Order 15, which could be availed by petitioner.
2. As the matter involves an issue requiring examination of various factual aspects and remedy of appeal exists, we see no reason why the party should rush to the writ Court without availing the remedy at the first instance.
3. With liberty to avail the remedy, petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application is also dismissed.
