Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Certiorarified to call for the records relating to the orders in (1) Letter Mu.Mu.No.62924/P.U.P.4(05)/2010 dated 09.01.2011 and (2) 1/6

Ni.Mu.No.PUP (V) 5/21243/11 dated 13.12.2011 (PPO No.27417/P) of the Second Respondent, quash the order dated 09.01.2011 to the limited extent of directions to refix the pay of the petitioner with reference to G.O.Ms.No.6, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E5) Department dated 22.01.2009, and to quash the order dated 13.12.2011 to the limited extent of fixation of Pension on the basis of last pay drawn as Rs.13,860/- and issue consequential directions to the Respondent (1) to refix the pensionary benefits on the basis of last pay drawn as Rs.15380/- which he was last drawing (2) to take into account the half of the services of the petitioner from 04.02.1975 to 30.09.1983 on daily wage basis, along with regular service from 01.01.1983 to 30.06.2010, for reckoning the total qualifying service for pension (3) to refund the amount recovered from DCRG towards excess pay (4) to consequently revise the pensionary benefits of the petitioner on that basis and (5) disburse consequential monetary benefits with 12% compound interest per annum, all within a time frame 2/6

The learned Government Advocate has submitted that the petitioner's pay has been revised and consequently the prayer has become infructuous.
