By consent, the writ petition is take up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that he is the Dharmakartha of Sri Marriamman Temple at Pachudayampatti, Senthamangalam Post, Namakkal Taluk and he is organising temple festival every year and during the temple festival he conducts song and dance programme. In this regard, he submitted a representation / application dated 15.04.2015 to the second respondent and since he has not been favoured with any response, he has come forward with this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.K.T.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

would draw the attention of this Court to paragraph Nos.6 and 7 of the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition and would submit that the programme will be conducted in a peaceful manner without creating any law and order problem and they will not perform any obscene dance or any obscenity in the cultural programme. The learned counsel hence prays for appropriate orders.

4. This Court heard the submission of Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 2.

5. This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer made in this writ petition, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on or before 28.04.2015 and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner forthwith. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
