C.M.P.Nos.13063, 13064 & 13060 of 2022 in S.A.No.1511 of 2000 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.13063 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 766 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased Raja Gounder, second appellant in the above Second Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.13064 of 2022 has been filed to permit the 7th petitioner herein, legal representative of the deceased 2nd appellant to come on record as appellant and respondents 15 to 18 herein, legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant as pro-forma respondents in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.13060 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Raja Gounder, second appellant in the above Second Appeal.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 7 and 9 & 10.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 7 and 9 & 10 submitted that he has no objection for ordering these petitions.

6. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, in C.M.P.Nos.13063, 13064 & 13060 of 2022 are ordered.
