ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in FIR.No.100 of 2019, pending on the file of the second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, CCB - I, EDF - II, Vepery, Chennai to any other competent authorities or agencies for further investigation.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has completed the entire https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation in Crime No.100 of 2019 and he is about to file final report before the concerned Court.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, at this stage, transfer of investigation does not arise. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.10 of 2019. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the concerned jurisdictional Court. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
