A.Nos.1196, 1197 & 1198 of 2022 in O.P.No.903 of 2017 P.VELMURUGAN.,J Application No.1196 of 2022 has been filed to record the death of the first petitioner in the O.P and to record the petitioners 2 and 3 as legal heirs of the deceased first petitioner, namely, Vasudevan in the said O.P.

2. Application No.1197 of 2022 has been filed seeking permission to the fourth petitioner in Original Petition viz., R.Thulasi, to execute bond on behalf of all the petitioners.

3. Application No.1198 of 2022 has been filed to amend the prayer in the Original Petition.

4. During the pendency of the Original Petition, the first petitioner died. By order dated 25.01.2019, this Court directed the petitioners to execute a security bond for a sum o Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.II), High Court, Madras. Due to Covid situation and also the age of the petitioners, they could not execute the bond, and in the meanwhile, learned counsel for the first petitioner had also died. Therefore, they were not in a position to execute the bond and to comply with the order of this Court.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, these applications are allowed.
