Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 6(b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30am until further orders of this Hon`ble Court on 18.11.2021 in Crl.OP.No.21584 of 2021.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21584 of 2021 dated 18.11.2021. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation and the Investigation Officer has completed the investigation and filed a final report.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
