This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to modify the service timings from 14 hrs to 8 hrs a day as per Tamil Nadu Subordinate Service Rules and other Service Laws as applicable and in force.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
