The prayer sought for in the present petition is to set aside the order dated 19.10.2012 made in I.A.No.1177 of 2011 in O.S.No.240/1996 on the file of District Munsif Court,Krishnagiri.

2. When the civil revision petition was taken up for hearing on 18.08.2020, there was no representation therefore adjourned to 25.08.2020 for final arguments. Again, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 25.08.2020, hence the registry was directed to list the matter today under the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Even today, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
