2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent has already issued a notice to the petitioner and the property is going to be surveyed on 06.03.2020. 3.In view of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. Accordingly this writ petition stands closed. No Costs.
