2. Heard Mr.N.Naganathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.Rita Chandrasekar, learned counsel, who takes notice for the proposed respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, W.M.P.No.6214 of 2023 is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter after two weeks.
