The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner has already submitted Form-I and II applications under Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme on 30.12.2020 and the said applications, submitted by the petitioner, are under consideration, however, issuance of FormIII certificate is pending. 2.Under these circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the applications filed under the said Scheme and in the event of not settling the issue, it is left open to the petitioner to file an appropriate application to restore the writ petition, if necessary. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
