This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the
court made the following order:- This application is filed for leave to institute the suit against the first respondent before this Court. It is stated that the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court where the plaintiff's services were availed of by the first defendant. The present application is filed in view of the fact that one of the addresses of the first defendant is outside the jurisdiction of this Court.
2. Upon examining the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of the application, it is evident that the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, A.No.1296 of 2022 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to institute the suit against the first respondent before this Court.
