ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 48 days in filing the criminal revision petition as against the impugned order in Crl. MP No.1424 of 2024 in CC No.405 of 2023 dated 08.08.2025 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Annur.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. There is no objection by the learned Government Advocate as well as learned counsel for the second respondent.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 48 days is condoned.
