By consent, the writ petition is take up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 20.03.2015, to the first respondent stating among other things that he is the absolute owner of the land measuring an extent of 1 acre comprised in Survey No.57/1C, 57/2A, 57/2D, 57/2B, 57/2E, 57/4B, 57/5 and 57/2H in Veerangipuram Village, Thirukovillur Taluk, Villupuram District. The petitioner further claims that the same was purchased by him vide registered Document No.853 of 2006 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Arangandanallur and that he is in absolute possession and enjoyment of the same. But the name of one Mr.K.Perumal has been included in the joint patta No.667 for the said property. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 20.03.2015 to the first respondent for rectification of the mistake by deleting the name of Mr.K.Perumal. Though it was acknowledged by the first respondent, no orders have been passed and hence the petitioner has come forward https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
with this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.G.Ranganathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Pattabiraman, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the first respondent.

Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits, it would be suffice to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice the second respondent and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the second respondent. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
