This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

While the final orders were passed in W.P.No.20380 of 2018 on 21.11.2019, by oversight, the Survey Number has been wrongly mentioned as 513/13 instead of 514/13. Hence, this petition has been filed to rectify the said mistake.

The Survey Number in the 2nd para shall be corrected as 514/13 instead of 513/13. Paragraph No.6 has also been left out in the order copy and the same shall also be incorporated in the order. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner after carrying out the correction.
