(Delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed to seek compliance of the order dated 1 July, 2014, passed by this Court in W.P.No.35146 of 2012.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed and makes an endorsement to that effect as under:- "Not pressed with liberty considering service of orders."
