The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order of the learned XVI Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai dated 06.07.2012 in IA.No.11703 of 2010 in OS.No.9271 of 1994.

ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed as against the fair and decreetal order passed in IA.No.11703 of 2010 in OS.No.9271 of 1994 dated 06.07.2012 on the file of the learned XVI Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai.

The petitioner filed petition to receive additional documents in IA.No.1739 of 2009 in O.S.No.9271 of 1994. The trial court partly allowed the said petition and partly rejected the same. Aggrieved by the same order, the petitioner filed petition under Section 114 C.P.C. r/w Section 151 of CPC to review the order passed in IA.No.11703 of 2010. The trial court dismissed the same as not maintainable since the review is not maintainable. This court also finds no irregularity or infirmity in the order passed by the court below since review is not permissible before the trial court. As such the trial court rightly rejected the said petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
