Prayer:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.02.2015 and consequently direct 3rd and 4th respondent to give NOC to enable 5th respondent herein to give Electricity connection to the petitioner's poultry farm.

By consent, the writ petition is take up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 17.02.2015, to the respondents for providing electricity service connection in Survey Nos.440/2 and 441/3 for his poultry farm at Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District. A positive recommendation has also been made by the Assistant Director of Veterinary Department, Perambalur to the 5th respondent in Na.Ka.No.595/E/2012, dated 22.05.2014 and in spite of the same, the 5th respondent has not taken any action on his application. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.G.Muthukumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.RAS.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.M.Varunkumar, learned standing counsel accepts notice for the 5th respondent.
4. This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits, directs the fifth respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 17.02.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
