Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.PURUSHOTHAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.R.MUNIYAPPARAJ, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition and submitted that final disposal of the main appeal may be taken up.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
