ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation of case in Crime No.122 of 2018 on the file of the third respondent police to the file of the first respondent police or any other competent investigating agency. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.122 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 379, 294(b) of IPC and Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992 and the investigation is pending. In view of the same, there is no requirement to transfer the investigation at this stage.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to monitor the investigation conducted by the third respondent.
