ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 'the petitioner shall report before the Special Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders' imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25262 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25262 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997, Chennai once in a month i.e., Monday, until further orders.
