This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the complaint in Crime No.217 of 2018, on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 1st respondent states that on completion of investigation, the case was taken on filed by the Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri in S.C.No.70 of 2021. After full trial, the petitioners were acquitted by an order dated 19.04.2022.

3. In view of the above fact, nothing survives in this petition, hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
