The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 30.03.2012 passed in E.A.No.351 of 2010 in E.P.No.256 of 2006 in O.S.No.23 of 1984, on the file of Principal District Munsif, Kancheepuram.

2. Today when this Civil Revision Petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent was settled out of Court. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
