Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to permit the Petitioners to appear before the expert Committee 2nd Respondent herein which published the key answers to the questions in Part-A and Part-B of the question paper relating to the subject Electronics and Communication Engineering pursuant to Notification No.14/2019 dated 27.11.2019 issued by the 1st Respondent inviting applications from eligible candidates for direct recruitment for the post of Lecturers in Government Polytechnic Colleges and Special Institutions 1/4

(Engineering/Non-Engineering), Tamil Nadu Educational Service for the year 2017-2018 to prove with standard text books that there are more than one option available to question Nos.12, 32 & 92 in Part-A & question Nos.3, 9, 15, 25, 36 & 37 in Part-B in the subject Electronics and Communication Engineering within a time frame to be fixed by this Honourable Court.
