ORDER

This petition is filed praying to call for records of First Information Report in Crime No.74 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent-Police and quash the same as abuse of process of law.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, already, similar complaint has been filed and the same is under investigation before the District Crime Branch of Namakkal District. Therefore, the petitioners want to withdraw the present petition for quashing the complaint. Now, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a better petition. Now, the investigation is pending with District Crime Branch of Namakkal District.

3. Hence, this petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to file 2 / 4
