Mr.V.C.Gajendiram, Junior Assistant, Land and Estate Department, Corporation of Chennai, is present in Court and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation has produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings issued by the District Revenue Officer dated 9.6.2016, addressed to the Zonal Officer, Zone-V, Corporation of Chennai.
