Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to release all the arrears due to the petitioner by treating the suspension period as duty period and also on account of the stoppage of increment with cumulative effect forthwith and grant such other relief.

2.The prayer in the writ petition is for a mandamus directing the third respondent to release all the arrears due to the petitioner by treating the suspension period as duty period and also on account of the stoppage of increment with cumulative effect forthwith by considering his representation dated 06.04.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Since a limited prayer is made to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2015, without expressing anything on merits, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the result to the petitioner. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
