There is no appearance for the petitioner in W.P.No.6012 of 2022. Since the facts and legal position arising in this matter are identical to those in W.P.No.6011 of 2022 except that the petitioner in W.P.No.6012 of 2022 is L-4 in the tender and the petitioner in W.P.No.6011 of 2022 is L-5, the same order as passed by me in the latter writ petition is taken to be passed in this case as well, including in regard to the costs imposed.

2. This Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition are closed.
