This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records relating to the order Se.Mu.No.4542/2012/a3/ dated 30.10.2012 issued by the fourth respondent and quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently issue a direction to the respondents to grant all back wages, increments, eligible promotions, continuity of service and all other attendant benefits to the petitioner within a time frame, award costs.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for in this writ petition has already been granted to the petitioner. Hence, he prayed this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
