Anand, aged 22, who is now detained in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Habeas corpus petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed by the second respondent against the detenu - Aravindan in BDFGISSV No.1006/2014 dated 19.08.2014.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the impugned order of detention has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.5041, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 7.10.2014. Copy of the said Government Order submitted to this Court shall form part of record.
