O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner against the respondent for non-compliance of the order in W.P.No. 21379 of 2009 dated 22.04.2014.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Death cum Retirement Gratuity is yet to be paid and till the respondents complete the entire payment, the matter may be kept pending.

3. In reply, Mr. T.N. Rajagopalan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, placing on record the details of the terminal benefits settled to the petitioner, submitted that the entire amount, namely, all the terminal benefits have been settled and paid to the petitioner. Therefore, the Contempt Petition need not be kept pending.
