Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21067/2021 dated 10.11.2021 with condition that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.NIRMAL KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.21067 of 2021 dated 10.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
