ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to execute the Non bailable Warrant dated 17.09.2022 issued by the III Additional Family Court at Chennai in M.P.No.397 of 2022 in M.C.No.58 of 2016.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that NBW was issued against the second respondent by III Additional Family Court, Chennai, in M.P.No.397 of 2022 in M.C.No.58 of 2016 on 17.09.2022. Till now NBW is not executed. Therefore, this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that first respondent would execute the warrant and produce the second respondent before the Court.
4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court directs the first respondent to execute the NBW against the second respondent within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order and proceed in accordance with law. 2/6
5.With the above direction and observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
