RESPONDENTS Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of habeas corpus, calling for the records relating to the order of detention MEMO NO.1626/BDFGISSV/2014, dated 29/10/2014 passed by the 2nd respondent and to quash the same and also to direct the detenue petitioners husband viz., KUMAR @ SELVA KUMAR, Son of Pitchandi, aged 36 years, who is presently detained in the Central Prison Puzhal, Chennai, to be produced before this Hon`ble Court and set at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Habeas Corpus Petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed by the second respondent against the detenu - KUMAR @ SELVA KUMAR in MEMO NO.1626/BDFGISSV/2014, dated 29/10/2014.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the impugned order of detention has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.7055, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 18.12.2014. Copy of the said Government Order, submitted to this Court, shall form part of the record.
