(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN,J.) The matter is heard through videoconferencing. When the matter is called today, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced a communication from the Executive Officer, Sulur Special Grade Panchayat, Sulur, Coimbatore, dated 27.04.2021 stating that the order dated 05.12.2017 in W.P. No. 31512 of 2017 has been complied with and all the encroachments have been removed. The photographs filed before this Court would also prove the same. 3.
