Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the condition in Crl.OP.No.4646 of 2022 order dated 28.02.2022 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KARTHICK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4646 of 2022 dated 28.02.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.
