2. The petitioner claims that he is the President of Kamarajar Educational Trust and the Trust is working for the educational upliftment of the downtrodden people. In connection with the killing of twenty people by the Andhra Pradesh police, they wanted to conduct one day fasting on 25.04.2015 in front of the Dharmapuri BSNL office. In this regard, the petitioner submitted an application dated 18.04.2015 to the second respondent and the same was acknowledged on 20.04.2015. Since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward with this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Pattabiraman, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. This Court, without going into the merits of the application of the petitioner, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 18.04.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders before 26.04.2015 and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
