2. It is seen that this writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 17.02.2021 and the matter has been listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance' on several occasions. In the meantime, the petitioner has preferred a writ appeal before the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.2568 of 2021 and the Division Bench has referred the matter to https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Lok Adalat for settlement. It is reported by the learned counsel for the parties that before the Lok Adalat, settlement has been arrived at between the parties and to that effect, a joint compromise memo has been filed duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel.

3. In view of the above, no further order is necessary at this stage in this petition. The parties are bound by the settlement arrived at by them before the Lok Adalat.
