O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents to fix his Special Grade pay in the scale of pay of Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.1800 with effect from 31.03.2009, with additional increment benefit of 3% w.e.f. 31-03-2009 forenoon (over and above the one increment benefit already allowed) and monitory benefit w.e.f. 01-04-2013.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law by disposing all the representations of the petitioner dated 18.02.2019, 18.11.2019, 01.12.2020 & 24.01.2020.

3. Considering the same, the respondents are directed to consider all the representations 18.02.2019, 18.11.2019, 01.12.2020 & 24.01.2020 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case the petitioner is indeed entitled to any benefit as has been requested by the petitioner, same shall be paid to the petitioner immediately.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed with the above directions. No cost.
