Prayer:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.07.2014 and consequently delete the name of Malamma in SF.No.357-1A of Saalivaram Revenue Village, Denkanikottai measuring to an extent of 1.49.0 Hectare.

By consent, the writ petition is take up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner submitted an application for deleting the name of Mrs.Mallamma, wife of Mr.Jahangir in respect of the land in SF.No.357/1A measuring an extent of 1.49.0 Hectare in Saalivaram revenue village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District and the first respondent vide his proceedings dated 05.03.2013, has deleted the name of Mrs.Mallamma and directed inclusion of the name of the petitioner as the pattadar. The petitioner has also submitted a representation dated 25.02.2013, to the second respondent to do the needful and the office of the first respondent has also issued a memo https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 05.03.2013 to do so. Since the second respondent did not take any action, the petitioner submitted one more representation on 18.07.2014 and since no action has been taken, he has come forward with this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.Ma.P.Thangavel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.RAS.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the representation of the petitioner dated 18.07.2014, directs the second respondent to take into consideration the order of the first respondent dated 05.03.2013 made in Pa.Mu.6054/2011/(B3) as well as the memo dated 30.08.2013 and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 18.07.2014, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
