It is reported that during the pendency of this Second Appeal, there was a settlement between the parties and they entered into a partition which was reduced to writing through a partition deed dated 31.08.2012. This Document was also registered as Document No.1551/2012.

2.In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Second Appeal and the compromise between the parties in view of the above document, is recorded and this Second Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
