This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to transfer the investigation in Crime No.166 of 2015 on the file of second respondent to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID Wing, Dharmapuri, Dharmapuri District, and file a final report before the Court concerned within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, initially a case in Crime No.166 of 2015 was registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 294(b), 147, 323 and 324 IPC and therefore, the defacto-complainant aggrieved that the respondent have registered the FIR only for lesser offences.

4. It is further submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the offences were altered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 326 and 307 r/w 109 IPC and that the final report is ready.

Recording the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
