(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 23.12.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.13798 of 2020 by the trial Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order passed by the trial Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the anticipatory bail granted by the trial Court shall stand automatically dismissed.
