M/S. United India Insurance Co.Ltd., v. Padakalli

C.M.P.No.5371 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.3049 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 327 days in representing the C.M.A.SR.No.3049 of 2022 against the decree and judgement dated 04.08.2021 passed in M.C.O.P.No.360 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhavani.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 327 days is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

4. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
