ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.03.2026, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous, since the E.P.No.22 of 2018 was closed as early as in November 2025. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to verify the status of the E.P.No.22 of 2018. 2.

Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the E.P.No.22 of 2018 was closed in November 2025. Therefore, as rightly contended by the learned counsel for the respondents, since the E.P.No.22 of 2018 was closed as early as in November 2025, nothing survives in this present petition. 3.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. 13.03.2026 stn To The Principal District Judge, Cuddalore.
