A.No.1119 of 2021 in C.S.No.46 of 2019 R.PONGIAPPAN, J., This application has been filed to condone the delay of 739 days in filing the written statement of the defendants 3 to 5 in C.S.No.46 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Having regard to the nature of averments mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also in order to give a fair opportunity to the applicants to defend the suit, I am inclined to condone the delay.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
